Is there a need for Personal Concierge Services?

Is there a need for Personal Concierge Services?  What types of services would be needed?  Personal or business?  For many years people and businesses just do not have the time to get everything done in 8 hours that would required a more lengthy time span. People want things to be done and would be happy to pay someone to take care of their errands or business's extra commitments above the daily schedule.  I found examples of services needed which include:  event planning, travel arrangements, dinner reservations, internet searches, running errands, dry cleaning drop off and pick up, grocery shopping, etc.  I did a google search and found there is a demand for this service.  Although personal concierge services are a fairly recent development, the number of time-starved clients are in demand.  Industry experts predict we'll be seeing more and more personal concierges serving both businesses and families in the near future.
